Burnley möter Bolton ikväll och det blir första gången som Owen Coyle ställs mot sin gamla klubb. Målvakten i Burnley talar ut om Coyles bidrag till klubben, Burnleys framtid samt hans egna framtid:

"Listen, he didn’t really leave us in the s**t, did he? We could have been at the bottom of the Championship with a horrible financial situation. He gave us £60million and if we stay in the Premier League now it’s going to be even better."

"The fans don’t really see the whole thing. They aren’t looking beyond their frustrations. They want loyalty because they are loyal to the club. But they don’t know what’s going on behind the lines. See what we achieved. He got promotion to the Premier League in his first full season. I can’t praise him enough for what has happened over the last couple of years."

"Everybody thought he was a magician. Not at all. The main thing he did was to tell you that you were good enough. He gave us so much self-confidence and belief and that’s 90 per cent of it in football."

Brian Jensen har varit en viktig del i Burnleys framgångar de senaste åren och jag hoppas verkligen att dansken kan få ett nytt kontrakt. Detta lär han dock inte tänka på under kvällens match då laget möter sin forna manager i en match som betyder mer än bara tre poäng.
